  • You will receive an extra day of programming and an extra instructional session.

  • If you are coming 3x each week you will now come 4x each week. I’ll do the hard math for everyone: 4x/week, 16x/month, 208x/year! That’s 52 more workouts in a year compared to 3x/week. You will be going through 3–4 more programs in a year.

  • You will see significant acceleration towards goals.

  • Training 4 out of 7 days means you now train more days of your life than not training.

If you choose to sign up for this promo, please send us an email during the month of November. You can then choose to start the promo in December (when your next program starts) or in January. January is likely the better month, so you don’t get distracted during the holidays.

 We will go over your concerns, discuss prior injuries and answer any questions you have. For some, the conversation is very quick, for others it’s a bit more in depth
