The New Year an the New Decade are upon us!

This time of year prompts us to reflect on the past year and success and failures, and helps us to move forward with new lessons, new insights and new strengths to build on through 2020 and beyond.

Setting goals in the New Year is no different then setting goals any other time of the year. For you, Strong Siders, the New year doesn’t mean you’re starting over, because you are just continuing from where you left off. Square one was when you JUST started your fitness journey – whether that was when you first walked into our doors, or before. Two weeks of indulging more then usual will not taking away from your deadlift PR, or any of the goals you had crushed in 2019. Trust us!
